Our Story
Straight-Up Solutions was founded in 2018, with the goal of helping businesses and households save money on their essential costs.
Based in North Shields, a working fish quay town on the North Sea coast, we fully understand the difficulties facing small businesses and households.
Our industrial heritage gives us first-hand experience of how businesses can be impacted by rising costs and lack of support.
Built around a busy shipping port, our wide horizons and our history have shown us the importance of international relationships.
We were founded on the core principle of always putting our clients' interests first by providing honest, transparent help.
Unlike other brokers, we see our clients as valued partners we can help, not as revenue sources we can maximise our earnings from.
We continue to grow, as well helping clients in the UK, we are now active in numerous countries across Europe and also the USA.
Though we started with energy contracts, we now offer our clients a complete solution covering all utilities and business services.
